The set-ups also allows assessing emission anisotropy and profile with resolution lower than 0.5 deg.
Photoluminescence Quantum Yield with excitation at 405 nm, 448 nm, 532 nm, 660 nm for solid state samples.
Time resolved emission decay (Time correlated single photon counting) with excitation 405 nm, resolution 200 ps, spectral range 400-800 nm.
Measurements in the milliseconds timeframes are also possible with different excitation wavelength and extended spectral range.
Raman spectroscopy with excitation 1064 nm in the range 200-2000 cm-1
