Reflectance at normal incidence, diffuse and angle resolved

  • Steady state photoluminescence with excitation at 405 nm, 448 nm, 532 nm, 660 nm for both liquid and solid state samples.

The set-ups also allows assessing emission anisotropy and profile with resolution lower than 0.5 deg.


  • Photoluminescence Quantum Yield with excitation at 405 nm, 448 nm, 532 nm, 660 nm for solid state samples.


  • Time resolved emission decay (Time correlated single photon counting) with excitation 405 nm, resolution 200 ps, spectral range 400-800 nm.

Measurements in the milliseconds timeframes are also possible with different excitation wavelength and extended spectral range.
